Join the Next Generation of Leaders at Rose Island Playhouse
Rose Island Playhouse invites motivated high school students—ideally beginning in their freshman year—to apply for our Junior Board. This program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a working theater while gaining real leadership experience from the ground up.
Junior Board members hold a seat at our monthly Board of Directors meetings and actively contribute to the organization’s growth and success. Members are involved in all aspects of production, from assisting with shows and building sets to supporting the day-to-day inner workings of the theater.
This is more than participation—it’s leadership. As a Junior Board member, you’ll play a direct role in shaping productions, supporting the organization, and strengthening the arts in your community.
